Date: September 20-22.09.2024
1. Participation in the event is possibile only for people registered via the form (Registration) After making the entire payment amount and after receiving the final confirmation sent by the Organizer to the Participant’s e-mail address. Sending the registration form only, does not guarantee you the admission to the marathon!
2. The number of places in the maraton are limited.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to book, or allow entry to the marathon with Organizer’s own descretion and without obligation to provide any reasons.
4. The order of applications doesn’t matter.
5. It’s possible to register solo or in pairs. In the case of pair registration, each Participant should fill the registration form individually.
6. After sending the form, the Organizer will notify the Participant within 14 days of being admitted to the maraton or placing him/her on the reserve list.
7. In the case of admission to the marathon, the Participant Has 7 days to pay the registration fee.
8. If no paymentis made after this date, the registration will be canceled.
9. The cost of participation in the maraton depends on the date when the Organizer receives the registration form.
10. In the case of payment in the currency other than PLN, the Participants hall bear all additional costs of the transfer, currency conversion, etc.
11. Each Participant taking part in the INSPIRACJA Wrocław Tango Marathon event also agrees to use his/her image by publishing photos, advertising materials in the media (Internet, press, television) to advertise the current and next editions of the event.
12. If Participant can’t take part in the marathon, it is possible to transfer the confirmed registration to another person with the consent of the Organizer. The change should be reported to the Organizer at the email address: tango.inspiracja@gmail.com, by September 16, 2024 at the latest.
13. In case of the Participant’s resignation from participation in the marathon, the Organizer not obliged to refund the registration fee.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone the event to another date or cancel the marathon. If the maraton is postponed to a different date, the registration fee will be transfered to the New date of the event. In case of cancellation of the marathon, the money will be returned to the bank account provided by the Participant.
15. The Organizer does not organize and is not responsible and therefore does not return costs for booking accommodation, purchase of transport tickets (air, rail, etc.) and for personal belongings of marathon participants. Provision of accommodation and transport is on the side of the marathon participant. The Organizer suggests that the Participant purchases accommodation or transport tickets after the Organizer has finally confirmed participation in marathon.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program and the terms and conditions.
17. The Organizer reserves the right to confirm identity by presenting an ID or other document.
18. The Organizer is not responsible for any demage injuries caused during the marathon by his own fault or as a consequence of the actions of another Participant.
19. Each Participant of the maraton is financially responsible for damages caused by his fault during the marathon.
General Data Protection Regulation
Pursuant to Article 13 Sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (OJ UE L119/1), the following item shave been established:
– All data provided by you at Website: https://tangoinspiracja.pl/ or e-mail: tango.inspiracja@gmail.com (firstname, surname, e-mail, Facebook link) are administered by “Fundacja Tango Inspiracja” (data controller), with it’s registered officeat the address: Wrocław 54-234 ul. Białowieska 7/10, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 8943185655, (hereinafter: the “Foundation”).
– We shall use your personal data for purposes related to event organisation (booking, organisational information, data analysis, product and own services direct marketing) organised by the Foundation.
– The data provided to the Foundation may be transferred to third parties within the European Union and outside this area if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator: (accounting companies, airlines, hotels, public authorities to whom the data is transferred under the law).
– Your data will be processed during the implementation of the event for which it was provided, and then for a period of 24 months from the end of the event
– You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit your consent to its processing and request its transfer to other entities at any time.
– Personal data you transfer are not and shall never be used for profiling.
