Dla mnie tango jest doświadczeniem pełnej obecności. To coś więcej niż taniec — to sposób słuchania, nawiązywania połączenia i obdarzania się zaufaniem tu i teraz. Te same wartości inspirują mnie w mojej fotografii. Jako aktywny tancerz tanga rozumiem, jak delikatna jest przestrzeń, w której się znajdujecie, dlatego zawsze staram się dokumentować Wasze chwile z uważnością i troską. Szukam prawdziwych momentów: spojrzeń, objęć, emocji oraz wyjątkowej atmosfery rodzącej się pomiędzy muzyką a ludźmi. Przez lata dokumentowałem nie tylko maratony tanga, ale także festiwale salsy, koncerty, inne wydarzenia kulturalne oraz śluby — zawsze z tą samą wrażliwością, czułością i sercem. Jeśli zobaczysz uśmiechniętego, dwumetrowego wikinga, to bardzo możliwe, że to ja. Jeśli mam w ręku aparat, przypomnij sobie ten tekst. A jeśli nie — najpewniej zapraszam Cię do tańca

For me tango is an experience of presence. It’s more than a dance, it’s a way of listening, connecting and trusting each other in the moment. These same values inspires me in my photography. As an active tango dancer I understand the delicacy of the space you are in. So I always aim to document your moment with care. I look for real moments: glances, embraces, emotions, and the unique atmosphere created between the music and the people. Over the years, I have documented not only tango marathons but also salsa festivals, concerts, other cultural events and weddings. Always with the same care, sensitivity, and heart.
